To maintain and develop Numab’sproprietary immune-oncology therapeutic pipeline we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual for a role as a Research Associate within our Translational Science team.

In this position you will be responsible for delivering high quality data to help drive forward Numab’s pipeline of projects within the immune-oncology space. You will be responsible for designing, executing and analysing cellular assays to characterize and profile the mechanism of action of multi-specific therapeutic molecules.

Your Responsibilities

  • Generation of high quality, decision drivingdata in complex cellular assay systems to enable the progressionof Numab’s immune-oncology pipeline programs
  • Work closely with team members to outline next steps and drive the direction ofthe project
  • Increase the technical capabilities and capacity of the team by keeping abreast of state-of-the-art methodologies and techniques within the field of immune-oncology
  • Present your data within team meetings and company presentations

Ideal candidates will have

  • Expert knowledge in cellular assays for the characterization of therapeutic proteins inimmune-oncology
  • Expertise in flow cytometry, cytotoxicity and proliferation assays
  • Expertise in cellculture techniques
  • Experience in the isolation and handling of cellular subsets from PBMCs
  • Experience in the maturation, culture and profiling of human dendritic cells
  • Experience in interactions with external vendors / CROs is an advantage
  • A proactive approach to life and work and a strong goal-oriented mindset
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • An accurate and independent working style
  • Sound oral and written English
